THE WOODS — Utah's Division of Wildlife Resources posted an up close and personal video of an elk's bedtime routine on Tuesday, and it may be the sweetest thing you'll see all day.

Scott Root, the central region outreach manager at the DWR, found the bedtime routine on his trail cam recently. The video in and of itself is fascinating as the elk prepares his bed for a little snooze about 3 feet away from the camera, but it really gets special when the elk starts to do that head-nod thing.

You know, that thing we've all seen someone on public transportation after a long day's work or in a particularly boring meeting. That thing where they start falling asleep, and as their head begins to sink, they wake up with a jerk. Heck, we've all probably done it ourselves. It's a rite of passage for adults and a standard home video for all toddlers ever filmed.

Just think of how much better that would be if those people had antlers, and you basically have this video.

But Mr. Root didn't stop there. He added a special musical track — Brahms' "Lullaby" — to really help us all get the sleepy feeling that comes before a head-nod routine.

The video has garnered over 116,000 views on Facebook.
