MILLCREEK — Police are searching for a man and woman following a fight that injured two people. Police say it started over video games.

Officers responded to an incident at the Country Lake apartment complex near 363 East and 4055 South around 3 a.m.

They said four people were inside an apartment when two men playing video games began fighting. Others then became involved.

A 25-year-old woman was stabbed in the neck with a pocket knife and a man was repeatedly struck with a blunt object, according to Lt. Justin Hoyal of the Unified Police Department.

The two were transported to a hospital where they were in stable condition.

A neighbor broke up the fight and called 911, Hoyal said.

Officers are searching the area for a 51-year-old man and 29-year-old woman in connection with the incident. A detailed description was not immediately provided.

Updates will be posted as they become available.
