Police seek bandana-wearing man who robbed Chase bank

HOLLADAY — Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man involved in a bank robbery Friday.

The robbery occurred around 3:20 p.m. at the Chase Bank at 6275 S. Highland Dr., according to Unified police. A man entered the bank, approached a teller and demanded money. No weapons were displayed during the robbery and the man fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money.

No one was injured during the robbery and the man was seen leaving the area on foot, police said.

The robber was described as a white male around 5 feet 8 inches with a thin build. At the time of the robbery, he was wearing a black White Sox hat, a black Element hoodie sweatshirt, black pants and had a black bandana with skulls covering his face. He was also wearing a blue backpack.

Officers said the man should be considered dangerous. Anyone with information about the robbery can contact the Unified Police Department at 385-468-9814.
