HEBER CITY — A man was arrested on May 13 after officials found drugs, drug paraphernalia, prescription pills and a stolen credit card in his home and vehicle, officials said.

The Wasatch Back Narcotics Enforcement Team, the Heber City Police Department and the Wasatch County Sheriff’s Office served a search warrant on Brien Mills' residence. Back NET then conducted an investigation on Mills and obtained a search warrant signed by a Fourth District Court Judge, the Heber City Police Department reported.

Law enforcement officials arrested Mills when they arrived at his house and Back NET searched his residence and vehicle where they found methamphetamine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, prescription pills and a credit card stolen from an elderly female, police said.

Police seized the credit card, which had been reported stolen to the Wasatch County Sheriff’s Office just days before it was found, police said.

Mills was arrested in connection with multiple felony and misdemeanor drug charges, possession of a stolen credit card and domestic violence, police said.
