PROVO — Police are seeking the public's help in locating a woman who has been missing since Thurday, officials said.

Elizabeth Elena Laguna Salgado, 26, was last seen leaving the Nomen Global School at 384 West Center Street and has not contacted family, shown up for work or been to her apartment since, according to the Provo Police Department Facebook page.

Salgado is described as 5 foot 4 to 5 foot 5 inches tall, between 120 and 130 pounds with long black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a denim jacket with blue jeans and black or brown knee-high boots. She was carrying a denim handbag with red straps, police reported.

Police said it is abnormal for Salgado to be out of contact with her parents.

Police ask those with any information regarding Salgado to call Detective Ringel at 801-852-7307 or the Provo Police Department at 801-852-6210.
