Nomination letter sent by Scott Christensen:

I would like to nominate my wife Melissa for a High 5. As a mother of two special needs kids and two "normal" children she has devoted her life to ensure that her special needs kids get every opportunity they deserve to be normal. She often goes without sleep and is often found at Primary Children's Medical Center with our son Josh for weekly appointments or sometimes week long stays.

She is also a board member for the Facebook group Utah Kids. She has helped families up and down the Wasatch front receive medical supplies they could not afford or that were not covered by insurance. Our garage is often full of supplies that she has gathered. She is quite possibly the most selfless woman I have every met, and I can think of no one else that deserves a High 5 more than her.

Regards, Scott Christensen
