SALT LAKE CITY — Police are looking for a man who robbed a University Federal Credit Union on Friday.

The man walked into the credit union at 3088 S. Richmond St. about 4:40 p.m., according to the Salt Lake City Police Department. The man suggested he had a weapon and demanded money from the teller.

The teller gave the man an undisclosed amount of money and then he fled in an unknown direction, police said.

Witnesses said the man was 20 to 30 years old, with a medium build and had a fake mustache. He was wearing a multi-colored camouflage jacket, blue jeans, a black baseball cap with possibly a San Diego or San Francisco logo, glasses and gloves

Anyone with information is asked to call the Salt Lake City Police Department at 801-799-3000.
