ENDOR — “Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens” doesn’t officially open until December 2015, but select theaters will get a special teaser trailer this Thanksgiving weekend, and one Utah theater made the cut.
Disney announced on StarWars.com that an 88-second tease for “The Force Awakens” will run in 30 theaters across North America starting Friday, Nov. 28. A theater in Utah will be one of the lucky few to show the new trailer.
The Cinemark 24 at Jordan Landing is listed as one of the 30 theaters to run the preview Thanksgiving weekend.
According to Forbes, the trailer will play before every movie showing.
“Star Wars: Episode VII — The Force Awakens” is scheduled for release on Dec. 18, 2015.
