CEDAR CITY — Police have arrested two more people in the killing of a Cedar City man, including the victim's stepdaughter.

Clarissa Bulletts, 18, and Eric Rodriguez, 29, were charged Friday in 5th District Court with murder, a first-degree felony, and obstructing justice, a second-degree felony, in the death of Shawn Leroy Multine, 45.

Rodriguez is also charged with aggravated burglary, a first-degree felony. Both have been booked into the Iron County Jail.

Angelo Seth Carrasco, 34, was arrested shortly after the shooting Oct. 21 and charged with aggravated murder, a capital offense, as well as aggravated burglary, a first-degree felony, and aggravated assault, a third-degree felony.

Following the shooting, police said Carrasco shoved his way into a home at 179 E. 575 North and shot Multine with a rifle. Now they believe that prior to that, Rodriguez accompanied Carrasco to the home and tried to lure Multine out of the house in order to shoot him with the high-powered rifle.

Bulletts, Multine's stepdaughter and a former girlfriend of Carrasco, reportedly drove Carrasco and Rodriguez to the house. When Rodriguez failed to get Multine out of the house, Bulletts contacted her stepfather and tried to lure him to an area where Carrasco and Rodriguez were waiting, police said.

Rodriguez then tried again, shouting at Multine from outside the home while Carrasco waited with the rifle, police said. Finally, Carrasco forced his way into the house and allegedly shot Multine.

Police believe Rodriguez then helped to dispose of the murder weapon and Bulletts drove the men from the area.

In the days following the shooting, Bulletts and Rodriguez were interviewed by investigators and "provided testimony that hindered or delayed the investigation," police said.

Police are still working to determine the motive in the shooting.
