SALT LAKE CITY — For the first time in three years, the University of Utah is bowl eligible, and fans are ecstatic after a come-from-behind 24-21 win over the No. 20 USC Trojans.

While the game wasn't perfect, it was the never-give-up attitude at the end of the game that allowed Utah to make a big win over a difficult team.

Honestly, I wasn't impressed when the Utes beat UCLA. I think the Bruins are extremely overrated. USC is a great team though. I'm impressed. — Mitch Kunzler (@MitchKunzler) October 26, 2014

Well I will be honest I didn't think we were going to win that one! But I'm sure happy we did! #utes — Kelsey Gallegos (@Legos101) October 26, 2014

Although the defense deserves a lot of credit for its second half stance against USC's offense, it was the final drive of the game by Travis Wilson that had many talking. With how poor that offense had performed, many felt the game was already out of reach. But Wilson lead the Utes down the field, with a touchdown pass to Kaelin Clay to top off the drive.

The touchdown score by Clay gave the Utes the lead, but the Trojans had one more opportunity to score with a final play. However, Utah's defense was able to put pressure on USC quarterback Cody Kessler, ending the game with a sack.

Can't think of a better way to end the game. Go down and score a TD and then sack the QB! Proud Utes fan #UtahFootball#sacklakecity — Jacob Fetzer (@Fetz21) October 26, 2014

Running back Devontae Booker also had another big night, finishing the game with 102 rushing yards and one touchdown on 26 carries. Booker's 24-yard rushing touchdown in the third quarter sparked life into a stagnant Utah offense desperate to take the lead back from USC.
