ROY — Police are asking for the public’s help in their search for a man who robbed an America First Credit Union Saturday morning.

At 9:21 a.m., the man entered the credit union located at 5370 S. 1900 West and told a teller “I’m here to rob you. I’m serious,” according to police. He is described as a 6-foot-tall Caucasian in his mid 40s and does not have facial hair. He was wearing a dark knit hat with a fake ponytail attached to it, khaki pants, a dark gray hoodie and sunglasses.

The man did not show a weapon. He was seen leaving the credit union on foot, going northwest in the parking lot.

Anyone with information about this robbery or the man is asked to contact the Roy City Police Department at 801-629-8221.
