LOGAN — In the first ever matchup against and ACC opponent in Logan, the Utah State Aggies used a strong defensive performance to get past Wake Forest 36-24.

The Aggies struggled offensively much of the game. They got themselves into an early hole after a scrambling Chuckie Keeton threw an interception that was returned for a TD.

It didn't take long for the Aggies defense to score a touchdown of their own.

Utah State dominated on the defensive side of the ball allowing negative 25 yards rushing and scoring 2 defensive touchdowns. USU defensive end, B.J. Larsen led the Aggies with 3 quarterback sacks.
