LOGAN, Utah (AP) — Jalen Davis intercepted two passes, returning one 44 yards for a touchdown, and JoJo Natson added a punt return for a score to help Utah State pull away from Idaho State 40-20 Saturday night.

Rashad Hall pushed the Aggies (1-1) ahead with a 5-yard rushing touchdown late in the first half. After a three-and-out, Natson returned a punt 52 yards for a touchdown with 1:24 left in the second quarter.

A 1-yard score from Joe Hill followed by Davis' pick six four plays later put Utah State ahead comfortably in the third quarter.

Chuckie Keeton threw for 116 yards with an interception and ran for 74 yards and a touchdown. Hill and Hall each added 69 yards rushing.

Justin Arias was 23 of 47 for 307 yards with two second-half touchdowns, but also was intercepted three times. KW Williams had 109 yards on four receptions for Idaho State (0-2).
