BEAR LAKE — Children apparently aren’t the only ones who love playing with sprinklers during the summer.
One thirsty bull moose was recently caught drinking from a sprinkler in Bear Lake. The Mitchell family took a video as the moose refreshed itself, according to the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources, which posted the footage on YouTube Tuesday.
In the video, the moose can be seen kneeling next to the sprinkler to get a sip of water before it eventually lays down and picks up the water-delivering device with its mouth.
This isn’t the first time a moose has made news by coming into contact with modern life this summer. In June, another young moose was tranquilized after wandering through a Logan, Utah, neighborhood.
