Hi there everybody and welcome to KSL Golf presented by Siegfried & Jensen.

Welcome to Ogden Country Club, the site of the Utah Women's State Amateur. Ogden CC is celebrating its 100 year anniversary by hosting the earlier men's state amateur and and now the women's. Sirene Blair wins 2014 Utah Women's State Amateur at Ogden Country club with a 1 up win over Allison Cluff.

This week's show includes:

  • KSL Celebrity Cup Challenge: Battle of Utah Open champions Zach Johnson, defending Siegfried & Jensen Utah Open champions takes on 1966 Utah Open Champion Ernie Schneiter Jr. 31 year old versus 84 years young. This challenge is in honor of the 2014 Siegfried & Jensen Utah Open that will be played next week at Riverside CC in Provo.
  • Putt for Cash: Time once again to try to give away some money in the Siegfried & Jensen Putt for cash. Each week, one person will have a choice of a 10 footer for 1000 dollars, 20 footer for 2000 or a 30 footer for 3000 bucks. And they will get 2 putts at it. This week's putter, Kathy Christianson of Ogden has 2 putts from 20 feet and if she makes one will win $2000.
  • Uinta Golf Tip of the Week: Thanksgiving Point Director of Golf Mark Whetzel explains how high you should tee your ball for a driver and 3 wood.
