Hi there everybody and welcome to KSL Golf presented by Siegfried & Jensen.

This week we are are at the Sun Hills Golf Course in Layton where this Thursday is the first annual Sun Hills Two Man Best Ball - times are still available, call the pro shop for more details.

This week's show includes:

  • KSL Celebrity Cup Challenge: Former Jazz player and current broadcaster Ron Boone and Weber State basketball coach Randy Rahe play the first two holes of the KSL Cup Celebrity Challenge at Ogden Country Club. Both players with par 4's on the first hole but Boone took a one shot lead on the par 3 second hole with a par while Rahe found the green side bunker and scored a bogey 4. These two will play the final hole to determine a winner this Sunday August 3rd on KSL Golf at 11:10pm on KSL channel 5.
  • Putt for Cash: Time once again to try to give away some money in the Siegfried & Jensen Putt for cash. Each week, one person will have a choice of a 10 footer for 1000 dollars, 20 footer for 2000 or a 30 footer for 3000 bucks. And they will get 2 putts at it. This week's putter, Justin Kim of Logan.
  • Uinta Golf Tip of the Week: This weeks question comes from Shad Selmos of Murray a and Shad wants some help hitting a long distance bunker shot. Thanksgiving Point Director of Golf Mark Whetzel joins us with some help.
