OGDEN — Fire crews contained a fire that spread from a travel trailer to some buildings on Friday night.
Firefighters from the Ogden and Roy fire departments responded to a travel trailer on fire at 7:55 p.m. on Friday night, according to a press release from Ogden. When they arrived at 415 Canyon Road, the fire had spread from the trailer to a nearby home, a garage, and Car Tunes, a local Ogden business.
Crews used a master stream to knock down the blaze from the street. The press release says they were able to extinguish the remaining fire using hand lines. Three ladder trucks, one engine, a rescue truck and an ambulance and 20 firefighters responded.
Officials say there were no injuries associated with the fire, and no residents were displaced.
The fire is estimated to have caused $30,000 worth of damage.
The cause of the fire is still unknown and is currently under investigation by the Ogden City Fire Marshal’s Office.
