WOODS CROSS — A woman was arrested for allegedly starting a small house fire early Monday morning.

Around 2:45 a.m., the South Davis Metro Fire department was dispatched to a report of a house fire near 1000 S 1100 West in Woods Cross, a press release from the fire department said. Firefighters extinguished a small exterior fire found at the house. Damage is estimated to be around $3,000.

Police investigated the scene and said it was a set fire. Brittany Sessions was booked into the Davis County Jail on charges of aggravated arson. No other details of the arrest were released at this time.
