DRAPER — Draper police say they have not found any evidence of abuse in their city from a former bus driver who is under investigation in Sandy.

Prosecutors and Sandy police are in the process of reviewing potential charges against a bus driver who detectives believe sexually abused children on the bus. The man, who has since resigned, worked for the Canyons School District and drove preschool children to a special education program at Altara Elementary School, 800 E. 11000 South.

After the investigation in Sandy became public, some parents in Draper realized the man being investigated also drove a bus route in their city.

On Monday, Draper police announced that investigators had subpoenaed the Canyons School District for videos and documents regarding the man's route in their city. Upon initial review of the materials they requested, Draper Police Sgt. Chad Carpenter said detectives have not been able to identify any potential victims.

Sandy police had previously stated that they were able to collect evidence based on three months worth of surveillance video recorded on the man's bus.

As of Monday, the driver had not been arrested or charged for either the Sandy or Draper investigation.
