SANDY — A 7-Eleven robbery was caught on surveillance video early Friday morning.
The video showed a man entering the 7-Eleven at 9769 S. 700 East at 1:30 a.m. The man walked behind the counter and told the cashier that he had a weapon in his pocket. The man then pushed the cashier towards the cash register and forced him to open it. The robber grabbed an undisclosed amount of cash before running out the door.
Police are still searching for the alleged robber. Anyone with information is asked to call the Sandy Police Department at (801) 568-7214.
