SALT LAKE CITY — People affected by Hurricane Sandy, as well as those simply curious about it, are flocking to social media to talk about the storm.

Through photos, video and the use of hashtags on Twitter, social media users are letting people see the hurricane through their eyes, and many are using a sense of humor to try to understand the storm. All are providing a glimpse into the smaller challenges of dealing with Sandy that may get overlooked otherwise.
