Zylstra scores 22; BYU tops San Francisco 81-56

PROVO, Utah (AP) - Brock Zylstra hit six 3-pointers, was 8 for 8 from the floor and scored 22 points to lead BYU to an 81-56 victory over San Francisco on Saturday.

Noah Hartsock added 14 points for the Cougars (14-4, 3-1 West Coast), who shot 54 percent from the field and 65 percent from 3-point range. Brandon Davies had 12 points, six rebounds and six assists, and Matt Carlino also had 12 points.

Michael Williams led San Francisco (10-7, 0-3) with 10 points, all coming in the second half. Perris Blackwell had 10 rebounds for the Dons.

BYU was ahead 42-20 at halftime and increased that lead to as many as 34 points in the second half.

The Dons shot 33 percent, were 0 for 14 from 3-point range in the first half and finished 6 of 29 from beyond the arc.
