Jazz blog: Millsap loves Utah, not sure if he'll be back
Posted Jul 9th - 3:37pm by Dave NoriegaFive years in the league, Paul Millsap has never been better.
Last year as a full time starter, Millsap set career highs in points (17.3), minutes (34.3), assists (2.5), steals (1.4) , 3 point (39%) And free throw percentage (75%).
And while the NBA lockout has thrown a curve to fans, Millsap says he hasn't changed his approach to this season.

Oh yeah and sports.

Jazz blog: Bell vehement over lineup change
Posted Mar 15th - 6:58pm by Dave NoriegaMonday, Raja Bell was listed as a game-time decision with a sprained right toe.
New head coach Ty Corbin penciled C.J. Miles into the starting line to replace Bell.
When Bell told Corbin he was good to play, Corbin said he was going to leave Miles in the starting lineup. That brief conversation did not go over well with the 10 year NBA vet.

Jazz pregame notes vs. Lakers

Each team has one (or several). They usually come with different titles, but they are the liaisons between the media and the players/coaches. They are also fountains of knowledge.
The Jazz have their gaggle of uber-Jazz nerds, Linda Luchetti, Jonathan Rinehart, Derek Garduno and Hannah Lee... but I'm going to single out Derek Garduno because he sends me some incredible pregame info that I need to pass along.

Jazz blog: That was embarrassing
Posted Jan 25th - 12:17am by Dave NoriegaI grew up playing a lot of sports.
Practice everyday (sometimes twice) required a lot of dressing and undressing in the locker room. You develop a certain level of comfort of being partially clad or leafless.
If you are embarrassed by the sight of skin, you won't last long in the locker room. You will die of shame.
