SALT LAKE CITY — Last week's FCS games — Weber State and Southern Utah — shook up the predictions a little bit. Overall everyone is still pretty close to each other, but there haven't been too many games that have divided the staff.
This week is fairly consistent among everyone. There are a few people that have chosen to stray from the pack, but we'll see if they made the right decision soon.
BYU will host Virginia this weekend in the only home game for in-state teams. Can the Cougars overcome last year's woes? Everyone on staff seems to think so. Utah will take on Michigan at the Big House in a game that will go a long way to prove Utah's ability against Power Five teams.
And Utah State will travel south again for the second time this season to take on a "fainting" Arkansas State team. Can the Aggies perform well without starting quarterback Chuckie Keeton?
