SALT LAKE CITY — One of the best high school basketball players in the state of Utah, Brekkot Chapman of Roy high school just committed to the University of Utah.
"I am proud to say I have committed to the University of Utah." Chapman said via his twitter page.
This is a huge get for head coach Larry Krystkowiak. In each of his first three years he has started to change to in-state recruiting dynamic.
First it was West Jordan high school star Jordan Loveridge, then East's Parker Van Dyke, and now Roy high school star Brekkot Chapman commits to play for the Utes.
