Owner/founder Joe Arave says the automotive business came to him naturally because when you're a 15-year-old boy, all you can think about is cars. So, he took his passion and started working in a body shop. Over 40 years later he's still at it, and he loves it. He's developed important partnerships with several insurance companies so JC Auto is on their direct referral program. That means every job has to be perfect every time. And that's the standard everyone works toward at JC Auto. He says they're not the biggest but they are the best.
As for their website, Joe has made it an important focus to stay up to date on technology. So, he created an informative and interactive website, at jcautoinc.com, for customer use. In fact, the website even has a feature where you can log on every day to see your car's repair progress while the JC Auto team is working on it so you know exactly when it will be ready.
It's not just Joe who has auto body work in his blood; his sons, Andrew and Landon, were raised in the business. Landon is involved with JC Auto, and his brother Andrew is teaching automotive classes at Bridgerland Applied Technology College. Andrew was involved with the business for years but made a career change a few years ago to now teach auto body. Joe also serves on the advisory board for Bridgerland's collision repair school, so he continues to pass his craft on to a new generation.
Although collision repair work is still the major focus for JC Auto, Joe has worked to diversify the business to offer a little more variety for his crew. It's been successful for this Logan original.
