This is Chris Redgrave for Zions Bank Speaking on Business.

What company doesn't want to improve their bottom line through more sales? And to get the best possible sales team on board to help them do so? These critical business processes are something Dave Elkington is working on with his company, InsideSales.com.

InsideSales.com helps businesses of all sizes increase revenues and improve sales productivity with the industry's first-ever sales acceleration platform. Innovations within the system include sales communications for immediate response, cultivating sales motivation, predictive analytics for lead prioritization and data visualization for an immersive experience with sales data. Dave says customers experience significant improvements in sales productivity and top-line revenue growth almost immediately.

This theory-based learning platform helps automate the sales process and interestingly enough, it's based on Dave's undergraduate studies in philosophy. He decided to take the same concepts and turn them into InsideSales.com, a sales acceleration platform. He felt so strongly about it that he self financed the business with the help of his wife for years. In the early days he worked as a janitor to make payroll and says he couldn't have done it without the support of his wife, Alese.

InsideSales.com is really taking off, and Dave's team is close to 400 people already, where he's hiring from 20 to 50 people a month. His technique for leadership positions is to find the talent he feels is the best fit and then recruit them to Utah. He says employees are excited to be involved with building a digital enhancement of the sales process. And, by the way, this platform can also be used from a recruiting standpoint to find just the right talent for open positions.

InsideSales.com is also supporting the community with their Do Good Foundation. This is where they donate one percent of their top-line revenue for causes like renovating the Maple Dell Scout Camp. They offer both funds and employee manpower with community initiative. In the end, InsideSales.com wants to invest in their community, which is just as important as creating a successful business.

For Zions Bank, I'm Chris Redgrave, speaking on business.
