Unless your business comes up on the first page of Google, people won't usually search too long for you. That's what Rick Horsley and his company Boostability are providing for businesses, large and small.

Boostability launched in in April 2009, based on the premise that businesses want top rankings on Google. Their sweet spot is small businesses like homebuilders, dentists and other companies, with focus on geographic area rather than nationwide service.
Boostability has grown to over 375 employees and they've worked hard to establish a strong employee culture where employees work hard and still feel valued. You'll find almost 180 employees in Lehi and another 200 in Orem. This is contributing to Utah's employment base, helping us maintain one of the lowest unemployment totals in the U.S. at 4.3 percent, bucking the national trend of 6.7 percent.
