This is Chris Redgrave for Zions Bank Speaking on Business.

Their software is offered through Audatex. You may know Audatex as the world leader in database development as well as implementation of software and services for the auto and insurance claims processing industry. We're talking about a complete repair facility management solution. This is how it works.

Your vehicle is entered into the system as soon as you drop it off with all relevant information included. Your job is assigned a number and service rep. To get updates, you can get text messages or visit the repair facility's website. All you do is click on your job number and you'll find comments and pictures so you know exactly what's going on and when your car will be ready.

In 1985, Lucas started writing software for the automotive industry, and it didn't take before Noel joined him in the business. That's when they started developing their trademark repair facility management systems. Audatex acquired their company in 2011, and although Lucas and Noel already had their eye on the international market, becoming part of Audatex just helped them reach an even larger audience.

Noel says Audatex is a win-win for the repair facility, the client and insurance companies because the facility has a more efficient way to manage their workflow which increases revenues. The client is happy because they know exactly where their car is in the repair process, can see precise estimates of damage and have better communication with their repair facility.

Both Lucas and Noel are grateful to be in America and living a successful life they could not have imagined when they first arrived in Utah, having left their possessions behind in their civil-war torn homeland of Zimbabwe.

For Zions Bank, I'm Chris Redgrave, speaking on business.
