Using a variety of explosive plays, number 4 Morgan scored 14 straight points in the fourth quarter to knock off their rival, number 1 South Summit on Friday night.
Trailing 21-20, with just over three minutes left in the game, Morgan's Tyler Kelsey connected with Jake Peterson on a 33-yard touchdown pass to take the lead for good over the Wildcats.
On South Summit's next possession, Wildcat quarterback Ty Jones was picked off by Morgan's Nick Porter to seal the game for the Trojans.
This is the third time in four years Morgan has defeated South Summit; the Wildcats' lone victory coming in 2013.
