Are Utahs seat belt laws strict enough? Utah lawmaker, Lee Perry doesn't think so. We spoke to him about his bill that would allow officers to pull you over and ticket you for not wearing a seat belt. Currently you can only get ticketed for not wearing a seat belt if you are pulled over for something else first.
