ksl.com Users:

ksl.com has always listened to our users in our efforts to create the best online experience. We hope that our online products provide value to you and we are grateful that you use ksl.com.

As we evaluate our online product offerings, user feedback and our values and mission statement, we recognize that our comment boards do not meet our own standards or the expectation of many of our users.

We believe that public forums come with the responsibility both on the part of the media company and the users. Over the past year ksl.com has invested significant resources toward improving the level of dialogue on our comment boards. Unfortunately a small, but active minority of our users repeatedly abuse this privilege by posting comments that are inflammatory and disrespectful of others.

Therefore, effective September 16, 2010, we have decided to pause all activity on our comment boards. The comment boards will not be accessible for use as of this date.

We currently do not know if or when we will resume public forums on ksl.com. However, we are evaluating all options with the hope of providing a feature that enables the community to share comments, opinion, tributes etc. in a civil and respectful fashion. Our goal has always been to "foster a healthy and open dialogue with and between our users, while maintaining a civil and respectful atmosphere".

As a company we uphold and value integrity, civility, morality and respect for all people. We believe that it is possible to have an open discussion in which all viewpoints may be articulated in a respectful manner.

We welcome and encourage your ideas and feedback, please use the form below.

We appreciate your support and feedback,
