In times of chaotic schedules and trials, we as humans seem to default to the feelings of anger, frustration, loss or even the feelings of failure. I have seen in many of my clients who when the chaos of life hits them, they often choose the negative road, or choose their feelings presented by that trial instead of looking for the peace in life. We stop at the pain and don't look for the calm. In order to search for the calm, we need to be aware of our default reaction or our orientation to life, the way we view life's trials. Do we view life from our Mind, Our Body, or Our Spirit? There is peace to be found.
