SALT LAKE CITY -- Jerry Sloan called out his players after Game one saying they weren't nasty enough. In Tuesday night's Game 2 loss the players seemed to have more of an attitude, a little quicker step than they had in Game one.

At practice Wednesday morning the players we talked to thought they were "nastier" at times, but needed more in order to get back into the series.

Utah kept coming, relentlessly closing within six points time and again. The Lakers never let their lead get away.

"In Game one, we played two good quarters and last night we played three good quarters, we need to play four in order to beat the Lakers," said Kyle Korver.

In the first two games in Los Angeles the Jazz got off to terrible starts, down 22 at the half in Game one, 11 at the half in Game two.

If the Jazz expect to get back into this series they have to have better starts at home. Deron Williams and Carlos Boozer expect a surge of energy from the home crowd.

Jerry Sloan responded by saying, "We just have to work our butts off and I'm sure we will get a lift from our home fans, but they can't run the floor for us."

No they can't. The home crowd will be a factor and the Jazz will need to take that energy and turn it into "nastiness" like the Lakers have yet to see from this Jazz team in this series.
