HAMILTON, N.Y. (AP) — Sean O'Brien scored 16 points as Colgate edged Loyola (Md) 50-49 on Saturday.

O'Brien was 7 of 11 from the floor for the Raiders (6-15, 4-4 Patriot League). Malcolm Regisford added 13 points and seven rebounds and Jordan Swopshire had 12 points and six rebounds.

After trailing by four at intermission, Loyola battled back in the second half to take a 45-38 lead on an Andre Walker 3-pointer followed by a pair of free throws by Cam Gregory with 4:41 to play.

O'Brien sank two 3-pointers in just over a minute to help put the Raiders back on top 48-47 with 46 seconds remaining. A Regisford dunk and a pair of free throws by Will Rayman with a second left sealed with win.

The Raiders led through most of the first half and were up 26-22 at the break.

Walker scored 14 points with seven assists for the Greyhounds (9-10, 3-5).
