TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (AP) — Texas A&M strong safety Donovan Wilson has been ejected for targeting.

Wilson appeared to deliver a hit to Alabama tailback Damien Harris's head on an interception return in the second quarter. Harris was trying to tackle linebacker Claude George in Alabama territory when he was hit. George had picked off a pass from Jalen Hurts.

Harris, the top-ranked Crimson Tide's leading rusher, was hurt on the play on the sixth-ranked Aggies' sideline but walked off the field after being tended to on the ground. He was having a huge game, with 94 rushing yards in the first half and did return for the final series.

Alabama got the ball back on the next play when Marlon Humphrey intercepted a Trevor Knight pass.
