TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) — Power forward Ira Lee has committed to Arizona, rounding out what may be the best recruiting class in Sean Miller's seven seasons in the desert.

Lee announced he is committing to Arizona via Twitter on Thursday.

Lee lived in the Phoenix area until he was 12 and currently plays for Crossroads School in Santa Monica, California. He is the son of former NFL player Zeph Lee.

Arizona was widely considered to have the nation's No. 1 recruiting class before Lee committed, a group that includes 7-footer Deandre Ayton, ranked by some services as the top overall recruit.

The 2017 class also includes guards Brandon Randolph and Alex Barcello.
