CLINTON, S.C. (AP) — Troy Harper and Chris Clemons had 18 points each, D.J. Mason added 11 points and seven rebounds and Campbell beat Presbyterian 91-61 on Saturday night.
Harper was 3 of 5 from 3-point range and Clemons was 4 of 6. The Camels (10-15, 4-11 Big South Conference) shot 13 of 24 from 3-point range and 32 of 55 (58.2 percent) overall.
The Blue Hose (8-17, 3-11) shot 23 of 42 from the field but had 19 turnovers to Campbell's six. The Camels converted those extra opportunities into 36 points.
Campbell led 47-36 at halftime and outscored Presbyterian 28-7 during the first 11:04 of the second half. The Blue Hose had nine of their turnovers during that stretch. Mason's dunk with 8:56 left made it 75-43 and it got no closer than 25 from there.
DeSean Murray led Presbyterian with 20 points. Ruben Arroyo and Reggie Dillard added 12 each.
