RICHMOND, Va. (AP) — Korey Billbury scored 18 of his 20 points in the first half and VCU routed Saint Louis 85-52 on Saturday night to snap a two-game skid.

The Rams (18-7, 10-2 Atlantic 10) have won 13 of their last 15 games and remain a game back of conference leader Dayton (21-3, 11-1), which beat Rhode Island on Friday.

Billbury made four 3-pointers and was 8 of 11 from the field. Jonathan Williams added 12 points and matched a career-high with seven assists, and Justin Tillman had 12 points and 11 rebounds for the Rams, who shot 52 percent from the floor and had five in double-figure scoring.

Jermaine Bishop scored 16 points to lead Saint Louis (8-16, 3-9), which has lost five straight.

The Rams had a double-digit lead five minutes into the game, and led by 20 at halftime.
