EASTON, Pa. (AP) — Nick Lindner and Bryce Scott 22 scored points apiece and Lafayette handed Penn a 92-86 defeat on Sunday.

Matt Klinewski added 15 points and nine rebounds, Monty Boykins also scored 15 points and Paulius Zalys added 11 for the Leopards (2-4). Lindner was 7 of 18 from the floor and hit all seven free throws while Scott was 8 of 13, including four 3-pointers.

The Quakers (4-2) were off to their best start since the 2001-02 team, which went on to win the Ivy League title. But the Leopards shot over 50 percent in both halves and led at the break 46-31.

Antonio Woods scored Penn's last nine points and had the Quakers within four with nine seconds left before Lindner made two free throws.

Darien Nelson-Henry had 20 points and nine rebounds for the Quakers, who shot 47 percent, with Woods adding 17 points and Matt Howard 15.
