COOKEVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Jarod Neal threw for 248 yards and four touchdowns as UT Martin dominated Tennessee Tech 31-17 on Saturday night.
Neal threw two touchdown passes in the first quarter and added another in the second to take a 21-14 lead at the half.
Neal hit Rod Wright on a 7-yard scoring pass and then found William Tanner from the three to take a 14-0 lead in the first quarter. Wright finished with nine catches for 112 yards and two scores and Tanner pulled in seven for 63 yards and two touchdowns.
Ladevin Fair rushed 18 times for 99 yards. Trent Garland also had 18 carries for 91 yards for the Skyhawks (2-2, 1-1 Ohio Valley Conference).
Jared Davis, who threw for two touchdowns and Ladarious Vanlier, 118 yards rushing, led Tennessee Tech (2-3, 1-1).
