HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. (AP) — Every Northern Kentucky player scored, led by Tyler White's 14, as the Norse cruised to a 98-48 win over Ohio Mid-Western on Saturday night.
White was the only Northern Kentucky (2-2) player to reach double figures in scoring. Daniel Camps grabbed 11 boards and Tayler Persons had nine assists, both were career highs.
Jalen Billups made a layup fewer than 5 minutes into the game, capping a 17-0 run to open the game by the Norse
Northern Kentucky took a 57-17 lead into halftime and led by as many as 52 in the second half.
Ohio Mid-Western, an affiliate of the United States Collegiate Athletic Association, made just 6 of 27 (22.2 percent) field goals in the first half and shot 25.9 percent overall.
Patrick White led Rams with 14 points and DeVoe Armstrong added 10.
Northern Kentucky converted 13 Ohio Mid-Western turnovers into 25 points.
