BYU's Bauman named to NFF National Scholar-Athlete Class
Senior linebacker Matt Bauman was recognized by The National Football Foundation & College Hall of Fame (NFF) as they announced the 2009 National Scholar-Athlete class on Thursday.

This is really heavily dominated by eastern schools (only BYU and Fresno State from the west).

And did anybody else notice who has the lowest GPA in this group? I wonder why Colt McCoy was even included since there is little doubt this guy will go pro and likely never see the inside of a classroom again.
