PROVO — We're just a few days away from BYU's homecoming match-up with No. 10 Oregon State, Utah's trip to L.A. to take on the UCLA Bruins and USU opening WAC play against San Jose St.

To get you ready here are a few videos to get you ready for the weekend.

We have the latest "Rise Up" video from BYU featuring defensive back Preston Hadley talking about walking on as Snow College and then eventually starting for BYU.

We've also got a video of highlights from the USC Utah game from last week. The Utes came up short, but not before they made some impressive plays that turned some heads.

Finally we have a "Getting to Know Kerwynn Williams" video from USU giving us a chance to know more about the Aggies power runner.

Intense Crash

Mountain biker Cam Zink tried a huge jump, sponsored by Red Bull of course, in Zion National Park.

Zink attempted to jump a 68-foot canyon and while he cleared the gap he did not land the jump.

Zink hits hard and we see it all from his helmet cam. Amazingly Zink walked away from the crash with bumps and bruises.

While the crash is crazy, the trail he took to get there is insane. Watch the video and you'll understand.

Ichiro's Matrix Slide

The New York Yankees lost to the Baltimore Orioles Tuesday night in game two of the ALDS 3-2. One of the runs was scored by Yankees outfielder Ichiro Suzuki and the dude pulled off some impressive moves to find the plate.

Ichiro headed home after Robinson Cano hit a liner to right field. The throw beat Ichiro by a mile but he managed to dodge the catcher not once, but twice to touch home plate.

Jordan's Pregame Chant

The Jordan Beetdiggers are the number one high school team in the state and they managed to stay there after a narrow win versus Cottonwood.

Before that game last week this video was taken of the team performing a pregame chant to get ready for the game.

The players get into it and the words reminding them that they are one resonated with all of us.

As a former Skyline Eagle football player we had a chant we would recite before each game. I can testify that a team chant can add camaraderie, intensity and a brotherhood/sisterhood to a team. And it's obvious that it's working for Jordan, as they are 6-1 and ranked No.1.
