FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: Why did my comment not post?
A: Whenever you submit a comment please make sure the blue confirmation message displays near the top of the page following your submission. If it doesn't display, we didn't receive your comment. It's always a good idea to cut and paste your comment from a word processor so you don't lose it. Please remember that we strive to keep this a family friendly site.

Q: Can I change my Screen-name?
A: Once a Screen-name is selected it is permanent. If you have not selected a Screen-name your first name and last initial will be displayed over your comment. To select a Screen-name simply click on "myKSL" and then "Edit Account".

Q: What is an account signature?
A: The account signature is the text that appears beneath each of your comments. This is generally a favorite quote or other personalized text. The account signature is automatically enclosed in quotes, and adding your own quote marks is unnecessary and may cause problems.
