CHICAGO (AP) — White Sox pitching coach Don Cooper was ejected from Friday's game against the Toronto Blue Jays.

With a runner on first and one out in the sixth, starter Carlos Rodon was called for a balk. Cooper argued from the dugout and got thrown out by first-base umpire Angel Hernandez.

It was Cooper's first ejection this season. The White Sox went on to beat Toronto 3-2.
