VIENNA (AP) — Secretary of State John Kerry and Iran's foreign minister are meeting for the second time today with just two days left before their latest deadline for a comprehensive nuclear pact. World powers and Iran are hoping to clinch a deal by Tuesday, setting a decade of restrictions on Iran's nuclear program and granting Iran significant relief from international sanctions. Talks are making progress.

JERUSALEM (AP) — Israel's prime minister is watching the Iran nuclear talks with major apprehension. Benjamin Netanyahu restated his opposition today, saying the progressing talks in Vienna do not represent a "breakthrough but rather a breakdown." Israel believes the talks will give Iran a nuclear weapon and expand its global terror influences.

ATHENS, Greece (AP) — Polling stations in Greece are open for a few more hours as voters decide whether to accept creditors' proposals for more austerity in exchange for rescue loans, or defiantly reject the deal. Opinion polls showing people are evenly split. Besides going to the polls today, Greeks are again lining up at ATM machines to get their 60 euro daily allotment put in to prevent a run on banks.

BEIRUT (AP) — A series of U.S.-led coalition aircraft have slammed Islamic State group positions in the extremists' de facto capital of Raqqa in eastern Syria. A coalition statement says 10 militants were killed and the 16 strikes destroyed vital IS-controlled structures and transit routes in Syria.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) — Kentucky authorities say two people have been killed and three remain missing after the pontoon boat they were riding in hit the Clark Memorial Bridge and capsized in the Ohio River. Louisville Fire Chief Greg Frederick tells WHAS-TV that three of the nine people on the boat when the accident happened Saturday night were rescued. He says one of the three missing people is assumed to be a child. Frederick says the current is too swift to send dive teams into the water.
