CAIRO (AP) — Egyptian authorities say at least 15 people are dead and dozens injured after anti-government protesters fought street battles with police in Cairo and other cities today.

The protests marked the fourth anniversary of the uprising that toppled longtime leader Hosni Mubarak.

Security officials say another two people died when an explosive they were planting under a high-voltage tower in the Nile Delta blew up prematurely.

The Health Ministry says 37 people were injured in the clashes and the Interior Ministry, which is in charge of police, says a total of 134 protesters were arrested nationwide.
