Smog, frost contributing to road problems along Wasatch Front

Persistent road problems — like the two accidents that closed I-15 in Bountiful Tuesday morning — are continuing in Utah. They're being blamed, in part, on the smoggy, cold air and the layer of frost it creates on the roads.
