While gift cards are big business in the U.S., they are not the same as cash. A new proposal would remove rules that the bill's sponsor calls unfair but some companies insist are necessary.
Thieves steal 60 pieces of jewelry from store during business hours

Police are looking for two men who entered a mall jewelry store and stole 60 to 70 items in the middle of the afternoon.
